Bon Van Pham was one of Melbourne's earliest vegan pioneers — long before plant-based eating became a movement, he was living it, and raising three sons in the belief that food could be kind without ever being boring.

Together, we run Brother Bon in Northcote, one of Melbourne's most-loved plant-based restaurants. By Bon is our way of carrying his vision further: taking the recipes we've honed for years in our kitchen and making them available to everyone, everywhere.
