Meals & Gelato are Delivered Frozen

Meals and gelato arrive frozen in an insulated box with an ice block inside. It is recommended to unpack them into a freezer as soon as possible.

Important Delivery Information

1. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are correct.
2. Our courier will follow your delivery instructions wherever possible. You can review these in your order confirmation email.
3. Apartments: Orders will be left in an accessible lobby or near the main building entrance.
4. Houses: Orders will be left at your front door in a safe location where possible.
5. Business addresses: Please include the business name in your delivery details to help our courier locate you.
6. Unattended deliveries: All orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to help keep your meals frozen during transit. We recommend transferring your meals to the freezer as soon as they arrive, especially during warmer weather.

Please note that By Bon cannot accept responsibility for theft or for products left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
