Bún bò Huế
Spicy, bold, and deeply satisfying — this is Central Vietnam's best-kept secret.
Bún bò Huế is the bowl Vietnam's Central Coast has been perfecting for centuries — and this is our take, made entirely from plants. A bold, tongue-tingling broth built on lemongrass, shrimp-free umami depth, and a slow heat that builds with every sip, poured over round rice noodles with bouncy tofu and tender plant-based protein. It's spicier than pho, more complex than most, and once you've tried it, it becomes the one you crave. Crafted at Brother Bon, ready from your freezer in minutes.
