We — brothers James and Will — set up By Bon to explore and share the possibilities of plant-based food with a growing audience.

Our upbringing taught us to respect this planet we share with animals. Our father believed in a plant-based lifestyle, which he expressed at the dining table through his culinary creations.

Determined to share this innovative fare, our late father opened a vegan restaurant on Northcote high street.

Ten years on and now helmed by the brothers, the restaurant continues to serve a diverse vegan offering to local regulars and a growing audience.

As an offshoot of the restaurant, By Bon allows us to make our vegan creations readily available to those seeking the same delicious experience at home — one that doesn’t compromise on the planet and delivers on flavour.
